I recently had a new Showerline Reflection shower enclosure installed at my house in Hout Bay and would like to express my complete satisfaction with the service I received from Showerline.
My first contact was from a Google search and this brought up your web-site which was helpful and clear, as well as a number of those from your competitors. A web-query e-mail brought an immediate response from your Internal Sales Consultant. I got no responses from your competitors.
Showerline came exactly at the time arranged and was formidably well equipped with levels, rules, tapes and, to our surprise, a metal detector for establishing where the pipes were. The quote arrived when promised and gave us a number of options."
"Your installation crew arrived when promised and worked with quiet efficiency, even to the extent of having a small Dust-buster to collect the drillings. The job was beautifully done and the finished shower is a pleasure on the eye and in use.
This must be the first time that I have ever written a letter of this sort, but I must compliment you on the service received throughout the project as well as the helpfulness of your staff. This is of course only what one should be able to expect when paying good money for something, but this level of service is unfortunately not often found. You clearly believe in the truth of the saying “Good is the enemy of the best” - keep up your standards and keep trying for the best.

We herewith just want to thank all Showerline staff involved wrt the manufacturing and installation of our Showerline Door. The consultant originally done a telephonic quote - very professionally - and then came and measured. He was professional, extremely helpful and friendly. His measurements was 100% accurate - our shower fitted perfectly. The PRO assisted wrt assuring our order is processed promptly and daily followed up on the progress of the order. She was also very friendly and assisted us patiently with a installation date and time at our earliest convenience. The fitters worked very professionally and cleaned as they went along - we were extremely impressed with how the fitter cleaned up immediately after he drilled holes! The installation team did a very professional and neat installation. Everything is in line. Thank you to the installation team for allowing us to view the installation and for patiently answering all our questions. We are extremely impress and proud of our Reflection Door and Panel. It is fantastic to finally have a Showerline door in our house and to have first hand experience of Showerline's fantastic customer service. Well done all at Showerline. Many thanks.

Our shower doors are all back up and running, looking brilliant. Thank you so much to you all for jumping around and sorting this out.  We all work from home and found them great to work with, very unobtrusive. You just got on with it and cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciate your prompt feedback! While renovating this house we have had the general problems with differing contractors inevitably turning me into a nag on every one's back but you guys win hands down the  award for customer care! Our shower doors have really been a pleasure when compared to other phases of this renovation. They really add a substantial detail to the bathrooms and place good value on the house!

I thought you should know that the two gentlemen  that did the frameless shower installation were extremely professional. It is a long time since I have seen any contractor work so neatly,clean up after themselves and take pride in what they are doing. I was seriously impressed and I must tell you that I insist on a high standard of finish. I did also tell the two gentlemen on site that I was impressed with their workmanship as I think it is important that they know. Please thank them once again for doing such a neat job
